Follow-up Opportunities
After a custom program, to reinforce new skills and behaviors,
Northwestern offers coaching opportunities. Carefully interconnected
with Northwestern programs in a variety of ways, coaching
reinforces learning with sustainable changes in targeted
behaviors. Northwestern team members, outside experts who
have knowledge in an area of special interest to the client,
or experienced executives within the company can serve as
coaches. They provide new ideas, facilitate the process of
strategy development and implementation, and act as liaisons
between interactive learning project teams and sponsors.
They also work with participants in the program follow-up
phase, as the learning affects business outcomes.
