In-depth analysis of planning, organizing, leading, and controlling as they apply to the sport manager. Examination of leadership styles as they affect the management process, and of the evolution of professional sport management practice. Use of key concepts of organizational theory to discuss the relation of various structural components. MSA core requirement.
