Post-baccalaureate Certificate Programs

Post-baccalaureate certificate programs are offered in 29 different subjects. Many students use the post-baccalaureate programs to build their academic resumés in preparation for graduate study in business, education, medicine or law, while others enroll in programs to help advance their professional careers. With prior approval, students may select SCS courses and create custom programs that meet their academic or professional goals.

Taught by Northwestern faculty members and experienced adjunct faculty, courses typically meet weekly for 10 to 11 weeks on Northwestern campuses in Evanston or Chicago and may be taken on an individual basis. See individual program descriptions for certificate requirements. All courses carry undergraduate credit.
