Business Writing & Communication
This program is designed for those who are responsible for developing business communication, whether that communication is within an organization or with customers. Northwestern University School of Continuing Studies offers a Business Writing & Communication program that combines current theories of organizational communication and persuasion with the practices of business writing. In addition to offering business writing courses, this continuing education certificate program builds communication skills with a series of courses on the basics of communication. Students will learn principles of effective communication while developing their own writing skills as they create persuasive and informational business documents.
