Professional Health Careers
Professional Development Program
The Professional Health Careers PDP consists of four concentrations
that prepare students to apply to schools of medicine
and related professions (dentistry, veterinary medicine,
physician assistant, pharmacy, osteopathy, podiatry), physical
therapy, nursing,
and clinical psychology.
These concentrations are designed for students who have not
completed or have never taken the courses generally required
for admission to these schools. Because minimum requirements
for admission vary among institutions and programs, students
are strongly advised to contact the schools in which they
are interested before enrolling in a Professional Health Careers
PDP.
