Important Dates

Important dates for the Undergraduate program at SCS are detailed below. Prospective students should note application deadlines, and current students can find quarter start times and registration deadlines.

Application Deadlines — Bachelor's Degrees

  • Fall quarter: August 1
  • Winter quarter: November 1
  • Spring quarter: February 1
  • Summer quarter: May 1

Undergraduate Quarter Start Dates

When an application deadline falls on a weekend, materials are due the next business day. Applications are accepted year-round and are reviewed by the admissions committee once all materials are received. Applicants will be notified of their admission status approximately three weeks later. If you want to start a program in a specific quarter, you must submit an application by the associated deadline. For example, if you wish to start in the fall quarter, the application deadline is August 1.

SEPTEMBER 3 Registration for Fall 2012 ends at 11:59 p.m.
  4 Late registration for Fall 2012 begins; $75 late registration fee applies
  27 Fall 2012 quarter begins
OCTOBER 3 Last day to add a course, change to P/NP and audit, and change sections in CAESAR
