Organizational Behavior

This major will be revised to focus and clarify its structure. Two Organizational Behavior courses will be added to the requirements: ORG BEH 390-E Employment Law and ORG BEH 391-H Training and Development. Also, some psychology courses have been removed from the major to avoid overlap with similar courses from other departments represented in the major. Relevant Communication Studies courses, COMM STU 250 Team Leadership and Decision Making and COMM ST 360 Theories of Organizational Communication, will be added.
