Parking - Evanston
SCS students may park without a parking permit in most "F" Parking Lots on the Evanston campus, after 4 p.m. Monday through Friday and all weekend. Students should refer to the signs at the parking lot to be certain. Do not at any time park in a reserved space. Campus maps indicating appropriate parking lots are available at the School of Continuing Studies office, 405 Church Street, Evanston, IL. SCS students who wish to park on campus before 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, should go to the Parking Office on Hinman Avenue to purchase a one-day parking permit. http://www.northwestern.edu/up/parking/

Parking-Chicago
You have several options when your parking need is mainly in the evening hours in Chicago. If you expect to be attending classes less than twice per week, you may self-validate your parking ticket for a discounted rate that is currently $6.50 per evening. This rate applies to Saturday parking as well. This is valid in either of two University garages: the 222 E. Huron Self-Park designated as "Lot C", or the 321 E. Erie parking structure, designated as "Lot D". One can park in either lot from 4:00 p.m. until 10:30 p.m. Monday through Friday or from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays. The parking ticket must be validated in the Chicago Avenue lobby of Wieboldt Hall to get the reduced rate. Upon exiting the parking structure, present the validated ticket to the attendant to receive your discounted rate.
