Tristan B. de la Rosa
Tristan has decades of leadership experience in some of the world's largest and most respected companies. Starting out as Brand Manager at Procter & Gamble, he rose to Chief Marketing Officer and eventually Country Managing Director positions in companies that include Kraft General Foods, Johnson & Johnson, and the Wm Wrigley Jr Company. He has been posted in some of the world's most important and fastest growing markets - including China, India, the tiger economies of South East Asia - as well as in the United States.
His most enduring passion, though, has been the development of people: throughout the course of his professional life, Tristan has coached, guided and helped shape the careers of hundreds of executives. Now, Tristan has turned this passion for people development into a fulltime practice with his own executive coaching and leadership development company, Banyan Way. He is a Certified Executive Coach and is in the coaching advisory board and faculty of Northwestern University. He regularly writes white papers and briefs on leadership and management issues, many of which have appeared in special interest publications.
