Enrollment on Probation

Before the initial registration, students are required to inform SCS about probation at or academic dismissal from their most recently attended institution. If they have been out of school at least one year, they may be permitted to enroll on a probationary status.

An Application for Enrollment on Probation and official transcripts from all previously attended institutions must be submitted at least three weeks prior to the start of the term. Dismissal from another institution for nonacademic reasons should be noted on the application. If SCS approves enrollment, the student may register for no more than two courses in the first term.
