The Northwestern University Bookstores offer the following services:

Purchase textbooks at the bookstore on the campus where your course is scheduled to take place.

Evanston:

Students taking courses at the Loop location (210 S. Clark) should purchase books at the Abbott Hall Bookstore on the Chicago campus.

*Bookstore hours vary during the summer and at the start of each term. Contact the bookstores for information about special hours.

Reserve textbooks through the bookstores’ web sites.
Use the bookstores’ online Textbook Reservation form to have first access to used books. Reserve and purchase books online and pick up at the bookstore before the term starts.

Sell your textbooks back at the end of the term.

Books in good, resale condition are bought back at the bookstores every day. The best time to sell books is the end of the term. Contact the bookstore for more information.
